Primary Responsibilities
- Execute molecular biology experiments according to established protocols, including DNA/RNA purification, PCR, qPCR, gel electrophoresis, plasmid cloning and preparation, in vitro transcription, NGS library construction (pooling, cleanup, quantitation) and Western blotting
- Perform mammalian cell culture experiments such as transfection, transduction, electroporation, filtration, fluorescence microcopy and cell-based assays in a BSL-2 laboratory setting
- Provide technical supports for performing quality control experiments
- Review literature, design new experiments, analyse data, write SOPs and document research work
- Visualise and present data at regular team meetings
- Account for agreed experiment timelines
- Participate in discussion about research plan and direction
- Contribute to development of safer and more efficient delivery of therapeutic gene-editing agents
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Scientist
Requirements
- A Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s degree with at least one-year relevant lab experience) in life sciences, biomedical sciences, biochemistry, chemistry, microbiology or related discipline
- Experience in working with DNA, RNA and protein
- Hands-on experience in molecular cloning, PCR-based assays and mammalian cell culture
- Willingness to ask scientific questions, provide solutions to technical problems and learn new research methods
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in CRISPR (or other gene editors)
- Understanding and hands-on experience in working with nanoparticles and specimens of animal and human origins
- Experience in using R, ggplot2 and GraphPad Prism in statistical analysis and data visualisation.

Primary Responsibilities
- • Develop and optimize bioinformatics pipelines for analyzing large-scale genomic and transcriptomic datasets, with a focus on advancing CRISPR genome editing technologies.
- • Design and implement machine learning and AI-driven frameworks, including cutting-edge LLMs, to predict and engineer novel proteins with desired properties.
- • Leverage public and proprietary datasets to develop robust algorithms for identifying functional protein domains and optimizing genome editing outcomes.
- • Collaborate with interdisciplinary research teams, including molecular biologists, computational scientists, and engineers, to translate computational discoveries into experimental validations.
- • Stay up-to-date with advancements in CRISPR technologies, protein engineering, and AI/LLM applications in bioinformatics, ensuring the integration of state-of-the-art techniques into research workflows.
Requirements
- • A PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in CRISPR technologies and protein engineering.
- • Strong publication record in relevant fields, showcasing innovative contributions to bioinformatics and genome editing research.
- • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in bioinformatics (e.g., Python, R) and experience with tools for large-scale data analysis and pipeline development.
- • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and high-performance computing for large-scale bioinformatics workflows is preferred.
- • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their application to biological problems.
- • Hands-on experience with CRISPR guide design, off-target prediction, or editing outcome analysis is preferred.
- • Experience with LLMs and their use in analyzing biological sequences, predicting protein structures, or generating novel protein designs is highly desirable.
- • Expertise in utilizing natural language processing (NLP) and LLMs for interpreting biological data, such as protein sequences or genomic annotations, is preferred.
- • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic R&D environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and present complex findings to diverse audiences.
- • Hands-on experience with CRISPR guide design, off-target prediction, or editing outcome analysis is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities
- • Program Leadership: Lead and coordinate the in vivo CAR-T program from early research through IND-enabling studies, ensuring scientific and strategic alignment across teams.
- • Scientific Direction: Drive innovation in CAR design, binding target selection, delivery strategies, and in vivo CAR-T generation and efficacy evaluation.
- • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with gene editing and delivery platform, CMC, translational preclinical teams to integrate diverse data sets and accelerate decision-making.
- • Project Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverables, risk assessments, and budget planning in collaboration with program management.
- • External Partnerships: Interface with academic collaborators, CROs, and external partners to expand capabilities and accelerate development.
- • Team Leadership: Provide scientific guidance to junior scientists; foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and scientific rigor.
Requirements
- • Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell Biology, Gene Therapy, Oncology, or a related discipline; postdoctoral or industry experience preferred.
- • 3+ years of experience in immunotherapy or cell therapy; at least 2+ years leading projects or functional teams.
- • Deep understanding of T cell biology, CAR constructs, and CAR-T therapy development. • Experience with in vivo models of cancer or immune modulation.
- • Experience with in vivo delivery systems and non-viral gene editing tools is a plus.
- • Familiarity with regulatory pathways, IND-enabling studies, and translational development is highly desirable. • Strong Chinese and English communication skills.
- Preferred Requirements
- • Hands-on experience with in vivo transduction or reprogramming of immune cells.
- • Knowledge of targeted delivery platforms (e.g., viral-based vehicles or LNP).
- • Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and program advancement in a biotech or pharma setting.
