上月週日(6月28日)，引正基因(GenEditBio) 共同創辦人兼董事長鄭宗立博士帶領公司團隊與家人一行10人，身體力行參與由香港癌症基金會主辦的「抗癌大步走」五公里慈善步行籌款活動，展現了團隊對社會公益的承諾與對病患親友的溫暖關懷。
香港癌症基金會成立於1987年，為本港最大的癌症支援機構，秉持「抗癌路上不孤單」的服務宗旨，依靠社會善款提供免費專業的癌症支援、舉辦公眾教育活動，以及資助癌症研究等工作。
作為一支立足生物科技前沿、追求突破的初創團隊，我們深知基因編輯技術在腫瘤治療中正展現出巨大潛力，蓄勢待發，未來有望直接在體內升級免疫系統，對抗癌細胞。在抗癌路上，科學與關懷同行。我們以使命驅動工作，願景指引前行，熱誠點燃動力。今日一小步，明日大希望！
A small step today, a giant leap of hope for tomorrow!
Two Sundays ago (June 28), our co-founder and chairman, Dr. Zongli Zheng, together with 10 members of GenEditBio and their families, proudly participated in the "Stride for Cure" 5km charity walk organized by the Hong Kong Cancer Fund, reflecting the team's dedication to public welfare and our heartfelt care for patients and the affected.
Founded in 1987, the Hong Kong Cancer Fund is the city’s largest cancer support organization. With a mission to ensure "no one faces cancer alone", it relies on public donations to provide free professional cancer support services, organize public education campaigns, fund cancer research, and more.
As a biotech startup pushing boundaries, we recognize the profound potential of genome editing in oncology. This technology is poised to directly upgrade the immune system to combat cancer in the future. On the journey to fight cancer, science and care go hand in hand.
